SS27 First Look — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The "ADYRO SS27 First Look" Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is sponsored by ADYRO WORLDWIDE PTE. LTD., 21 Bukit Batok Crescent #09-79, WCEGA Tower, Singapore 658065 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

Online (free): During the Promotion Period, visit the ADYRO SS27 First Look experience, cast your votes on the styles presented, and submit a valid email address where indicated. Submitting your email address constitutes one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person / per email address for the entire Promotion Period. Voting is free and no purchase or payment is ever required to enter.

Alternate Method of Entry (mail-in, free): To enter without voting online, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the words "ADYRO SS27 First Look" on a 3"×5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: ADYRO WORLDWIDE PTE. LTD., SS27 First Look AMOE, 21 Bukit Batok Crescent #09-79, WCEGA Tower, Singapore 658065. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 30, 2026 and received by September 11, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.

5. Prize(s)

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) pair of ADYRO footwear of the winner's choice from the styles the winner voted for ("Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize: USD $79.95. Total ARV of all Prizes: USD $799.50. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty except as provided by the manufacturer. No cash equivalent, transfer, or substitution, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and any expenses not specified herein. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 15, 2026. Potential winners will be notified by email at the address submitted, within five (5) days of the drawing. A potential winner may be required to respond within five (5) days and/or sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries or for any technical malfunctions. If the Promotion is compromised by causes beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion and select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action.

8. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its administrator, and their respective affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any Prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so the above may not apply to you.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://adyro.com/policies/privacy-policy and is used to administer the Promotion and, where the entrant has agreed, to send updates about the SS27 launch. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe mechanism and Sponsor's postal address in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Entrants provide information to Sponsor, not to those platforms.

12. Disputes / Governing Law

All issues concerning these Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

13. Winners List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to ADYRO WORLDWIDE PTE. LTD., 21 Bukit Batok Crescent #09-79, WCEGA Tower, Singapore 658065 within ninety (90) days after the drawing.
